We are a private strength training studio focused on helping adults train through physical transitions - whether that means rebuilding strength after a long break, improving metabolism after 35, returning to sports performance, or maintaining mobility and strength as we age.

Instead of offering open gym access, Spectrum provides guided strength training programs led by experienced coaches. Each client begins with a Spectrum Baseline Assessment, where we evaluate movement, strength, and mobility. From there, we design a structured training plan suited to the client's body, goals, and lifestyle.
