Why this matters
When effort does not match results, the answer is often inside you.
Most trainers have seen it. Two people follow similar programs, attend the same sessions, and show the same commitment, yet one progresses steadily while the other battles fatigue, slow recovery, or a plateau that is hard to explain. The usual assumption is that they simply need to train harder.
The real reason is often simpler. A low Vitamin D level affecting muscle function. Iron deficiency limiting energy and endurance. Raised inflammation slowing recovery. Metabolic factors making body composition harder to shift. These rarely announce themselves. They show up as feeling more tired than usual, taking longer to bounce back, or wondering why progress feels slower than it should.
Your coach can assess your movement, strength, mobility and body composition. What they cannot see is what is happening beneath the surface. That is the piece HealthDeliver brings, so that before asking what more you should be doing, you understand what your body is already trying to tell you.
The problem
Come back to where you left off.
Returning to training is its own skill. With a structured progression built around where your body is now, you rebuild strength, fitness and consistency, and come back stronger and more durable than before.
Who it is for
For competitors and comeback stories.
Former athletes returning after a long break
Recreational and weekend athletes chasing more
Active adults rebuilding after an injury
Anyone aiming for their best-ever condition
The plan
Your Return to Performance plan, in three phases.
Every plan starts with a Baseline Assessment, then progresses through three phases from foundation to full performance.
Phase 1
Re-establish the base
Re-establish natural movement patterns, proper muscle activation and motor control, so your body remembers what it is supposed to do.
Phase 2
Accumulation phase
Build training volume to develop functional strength and work capacity, the platform that real power is built on.
Phase 3
Peaking phase
Heavier loads, speed and power brought to a peak, in sessions that prepare you to perform when it counts.
What you will gain
Recover and surpass your former self.
Strength and athleticism beyond your former best
Greater mobility and joint stability
Increased muscle and improved physique
Confidence to push without breaking down
Our medical partnership
Training informed by your biomarkers
Your plan can be informed by important biomarkers provided by our clinical partner HealthDeliver, so we train the body you actually have. A 5-point health test, reviewed by doctors, included with all programs, 24 sessions and up.
Common questions
Return to Performance, answered.
01 I have an old injury. Can I still train?
Yes. Your Baseline Assessment and movement screen guide a progression that works around and strengthens the area, rather than aggravating it.
02 How soon will I see progress?
Most members feel movement and control improve within the first phase, with strength and power building through phases two and three.
03 Do you work with specific sports?
Coaches program for the demands you care about, from general athleticism to sport-specific strength, power and conditioning.
