Metabolic health
HbA1c
Your average blood glucose over roughly the last 90 days, and one of the clearest signs of how well your body manages fuel. Healthy muscle plays a big role in using glucose, so strength and cardio work can move this marker directly.
Inflammation & recovery
CRP
C-Reactive Protein, a key measure of systemic inflammation. Progress happens during recovery. Raised inflammation is linked to slower recovery, fatigue, reduced performance and higher long term cardiovascular risk.
Liver & kidney function
eGFR · Creatinine · AST · ALT
Markers that check two of the body’s most important systems for processing nutrients, managing waste and supporting recovery. They confirm your body is adapting well behind the scenes and can flag underlying issues early.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D
Essential for muscle strength, bone health, immune function and recovery. Deficiency stays common even in sunny Thailand. Low levels are linked to reduced muscle function, slower recovery, higher injury risk and lower performance.
Iron & Ferritin
Iron & Ferritin
Critical for carrying oxygen and producing energy in your muscles. Low levels quietly cap endurance, stamina and recovery, and are common in women, endurance athletes and anyone training intensively.
