Why this matters

When effort does not match results, the answer is often inside you.

Most trainers have seen it. Two people follow similar programs, attend the same sessions, and show the same commitment, yet one progresses steadily while the other battles fatigue, slow recovery, or a plateau that is hard to explain. The usual assumption is that they simply need to train harder.

The Clinical Biometric Health Assessment

A focused blood panel covering the health markers most closely linked to fitness, recovery, energy production and long term wellbeing. Deliberately practical, not a full medical screening. It gives you and your coach a clear baseline to build from, and to measure against as your training progresses.

• Taken by qualified medical professionals at a HealthDeliver clinic, including one five minutes from the studio on Soi Suan Phlu.

• Results delivered directly to you by the clinic. Your data belongs to you.

• Shared with your coach only with your written consent, to inform your plan.

• Included with Spectrum programs of 24 sessions and up.

Metabolic health

HbA1c

Your average blood glucose over roughly the last 90 days, and one of the clearest signs of how well your body manages fuel. Healthy muscle plays a big role in using glucose, so strength and cardio work can move this marker directly.

Inflammation & recovery

CRP

C-Reactive Protein, a key measure of systemic inflammation. Progress happens during recovery. Raised inflammation is linked to slower recovery, fatigue, reduced performance and higher long term cardiovascular risk.

Liver & kidney function

eGFR · Creatinine · AST · ALT

Markers that check two of the body’s most important systems for processing nutrients, managing waste and supporting recovery. They confirm your body is adapting well behind the scenes and can flag underlying issues early.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D

Essential for muscle strength, bone health, immune function and recovery. Deficiency stays common even in sunny Thailand. Low levels are linked to reduced muscle function, slower recovery, higher injury risk and lower performance.

Iron & Ferritin

Iron & Ferritin

Critical for carrying oxygen and producing energy in your muscles. Low levels quietly cap endurance, stamina and recovery, and are common in women, endurance athletes and anyone training intensively.
