Yes. Most members start exactly there. Your Baseline Assessment sets a safe, comfortable starting point and your coach builds from it.
02 Will lifting weights make me bulky?
No. Strength training restores lean muscle and tone. It is what rebuilds shape, energy and bone health as hormones change.
03 Can it help with menopause-related changes?
It is designed for it. The program targets the muscle, metabolism and bone changes that come with hormonal shifts.
