Phase 1
The priority is restoring movement quality. Time away from training changes how your body moves, and jumping straight back into heavy or high-intensity work is how people get hurt. This phase focuses on re-establishing natural, efficient movement patterns, reconnecting you with proper muscle activation and motor control, and rebuilding the training base that everything else depends on.
Sessions are deliberate and progressive, designed to bring back strength and fitness step by step without rushing the process. By the end of this phase, your body will feel like it remembers what it's supposed to do.

Weeks 1 - 4

Phase 2
With your movement foundation restored, the focus shifts to force production. This phase is about lifting heavier, building functional strength, and developing real power, the ability to move weight not just competently but with speed, control, and confidence.
Training becomes more demanding as we introduce load progressions and power-based work designed to rebuild your capacity to generate force efficiently and safely. You'll start to feel the gap closing between where you are now and where you were at your best.

Phase 3
This is where everything you've rebuilt gets tested. Strength, power, endurance, and mental toughness come together in sessions designed to simulate the demands of competition and high-performance training. The work is harder, the rest is shorter, and the expectation is higher.
This phase develops a focused, competitive mindset alongside physical output, training you to perform under pressure and push through when things get uncomfortable. By the end of it, you won't just be back to where you were. You'll have a clear picture of what your body is genuinely capable of.
