Phase 1
You'll train at a moderate intensity, challenging enough to make progress but controlled enough to prioritize form. The goal is to move well before moving heavy. Sessions are built around supersets, pairing two exercises back to back to keep your workouts efficient and maximize time under tension.
This phase establishes your fitness base, builds muscular endurance, and gets your body accustomed to a consistent training rhythm. By the end of it, you'll have the movement quality and work capacity to handle what comes next.
FOUNDATION |
Weeks 1 - 4

Phase 2
The intensity steps up, but in a way that's structured and sustainable. This phase is about building muscle. We progressively increase the load across sessions and introduce tri-sets, grouping three exercises together to drive more volume and training density into each workout.
Nutrition becomes a bigger part of the conversation here, because what you eat directly affects how well you recover and how effectively your body builds new tissue. Everything is aligned so that the work you put in at the gym is actually supported outside of it.

Weeks 5 - 8
Phase 3
This is where your training shifts from building muscle to expressing real strength. Sessions are more demanding and built around barbell or kettlebell complexes, fluid sequences of movements performed back to back that challenge the entire body in a single set.
These complexes develop power, coordination, and mental toughness while pushing your cardiovascular fitness and endurance well beyond where they were in the earlier phases. The workouts will feel hard, but you'll also feel capable in a way you weren't before.
