Phase 1

The first four weeks are about preparing your body to train safely and effectively. Sessions focus on movement quality, balance, and muscular control, using lighter loads and slower tempos so you can develop proper technique without strain.

This phase deliberately targets muscles and movement patterns that weaken through inactivity or sedentary habits, gradually reactivating them so they contribute the way they're supposed to. By the end of this phase, you'll feel more stable, more coordinated, and more in tune with how your body moves. Nothing is rushed. The goal is to build the awareness and control that makes every phase after this one safer and more productive.


FOUNDATION |

Weeks 1 - 4

Phase 2

With your movement patterns established, the focus shifts to building meaningful, functional strength. The workouts become progressively more demanding, introducing greater resistance and longer working sets that challenge both your muscles and your endurance.

This phase is designed to develop the kind of strength that translates directly into daily life: carrying groceries, climbing stairs, getting up from the floor, staying on your feet longer without fatigue. By the end of these four weeks, you'll notice that tasks which used to feel taxing now feel manageable, and your capacity to handle sustained physical effort will have improved significantly.


STRENGHTEN |

Weeks 5 - 8

Phase 3

The final phase brings everything together. Training becomes more dynamic, incorporating movements that develop speed, reactive ability, and coordination alongside the strength base you've already built. This is where your progress stops being something you only feel in the gym and starts showing up in how you move through the world: quicker reflexes, better balance under unpredictable conditions, more confidence in your body's ability to handle whatever a normal day throws at it.

By the end of this phase, you won't just be stronger on paper. You'll move with the kind of ease and assurance that makes everything else in your life a little less physically demanding.
